🌱 Wellness Spotlight: Grounding

Have you ever tried going barefoot in the grass? It’s called Grounding, and it's not just for kids! Take off those shoes and connect with nature. Grounding can help you feel more relaxed, improve your mood, and even give you more energy! Head to your yard or a local park, wiggle your toes in the grass, and feel the Earth beneath your feet. It’s a simple way to feel good, inside and out!
